  This place, simply put, is awesome. I love hand pulled noodles and this place has some incredible noodles.
  
  The biang biang noodles here are my favorite that I've had anywhere - the chili vinegrette is slightly sweet, not too spicy, smoky and deliciously coats the noodles perfectly. The dough, is perfectly chewy and soaks up sauce like a champ - it has a perfect al dente mouthfeel. What is furthermore incredible is the noodle when it comes to you is more or less in one (maybe two) continuous strands. The stir fried noodles are very good too - probably a more complete meal, but plenty of thick spaghetti type noodles, some sauce again (medium spicy) with sautéed spinach, onions, shredded carrot and chicken - which comes in large chunks, which I greatly appreciate since you can see the chicken and have more char on it. Everything is delicious.
  
  Note: the portions as astronomical - one box, cheap as it is, can easily feed 2-3 people and feels as hefty as it looks. If you wanna carb load, this is definitely the way to go, or if you're more like me, grab a few friends and go order some stuff from some of the other carts and have a potluck.

  This place lives up to the hype!
  
  The flavors and spices were on point; they really got their Mala game strong. I'd still go for a medium spice level even if you wanted something spicy.
  The noodles are made fresh and cooked before you for every dish; it's quite a spectacle.
  
  My Chicken Chow Mein was HUGE for $9; I'm still eating it and think that I'll be able to manage 5 meals out of one order! The noodles are covered generously in hot chili oil and spices. Every ingredient was cooked perfectly in a wok over high heat, making the dish very smoky and addictive. The chicken pieces are thick but tender and all the veggies are very crispy.
  
  I'm super impressed that this level of food came out of a cart! The vendors are both really nice even during the lunch rush hour.
  
  I'd suggest that they change their order system and give customers a number for their orders instead of trying to remember and call out their names though; that would have been easier to keep track and keep things efficent.

  This place is definitely over rated. There are 3 different things to order on the menu so you would think we wouldn't have a problem ordering. We told the lady taking our order that we wanted 1 #2. We are told to come back in 20 minutes for our food. We came back to pick up our noodles and realized that the lady misheard us and thought we wanted 2 orders and had charged us for 2 orders. We told them they had made a mistake and asked for a refund for the extra order. The guy working there rudely told us that that's what we ordered and we were out of luck. As for the noodles, they are too thick and don't have much flavor.
  
  In summary, I had a lot of great food during my 3 days in Portland and this was the bottom of the list. Skip this place and get your noodle fix elsewhere.

  Definitely a Portland food highlight. The #1 hand pulled beef noodle soup was absolutely delicious! The beef was so tender and not fatty and the noodles had a great amount of chew. The flavor or the broth was amazing, mostly due to the splash of peanut sauce.

  LOVE. THIS. PLACE.
  
  Sure the wait can be awful long but who can complain for the good food you get! The portions are big (no joke) and fresh. You can see the sweet lady pulling the noodles in front of you! Highly recommend coming before or after the lunch rush but it's all worth it when they hand you the overly stuffed box of chow mian! I've never gotten the soup noodles only because the chow mian is so darn good.
  
  Pro tip: when they say spicy, it's damn spicy. I'd like to say I handle heat pretty well and a medium spice is perfect.
